Kale Chips
Crunchy. Healthy. Delicious.
I love these kale chips and they are a great alternative for a snacking kind of day during the week. You honestly can season them so many different ways, but I found these are my go-to flavors so I stick with them. You can add paprika, cumin, curry powder even to change it up. Can do a ranch version too to change it up a bit!

This kale chip recipe can feed about 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh kale
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon teaspoon of oregano
- 1/4 cup of pesto infused olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of thyme
- Salt and pepper generously
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- Couple dashes of parmesan
Directions: Chop up your kale and wash. Then dry the kale and put it into a bowl. Use all the seasonings above except the lemon juice and parmesan. Season and tossed. Get a baking sheet and line with aluminum foil. Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Lay out the kale chips on an olive oil sprayed (or avocado oil) baking sheet. Lay the chips out flat and season with a little more salt, pepper and lemon juice, and parmesan.
Put the kale chips in the oven for about 15 minutes. And that is it, enjoy!
